Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive employee to support our SCO department. This role involves organizing and linking key documentation to ensure accuracy, cost tracking and volume reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Download and organize commercial invoices and CBP Form 7501 customs entries.
- Link documentation to costed Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Record and compare firm volume commitments from customers against actual shipped volumes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to support tariff recovery efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and completeness.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program would be an asset, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
