Job Responsibilities

- Distill research findings into action-oriented insights
-
- Lead discussions on research needs to develop a learning plan with key stakeholders making
- recommendations on the project design including methodology, parameters, suppliers, budgets etc. that will
- the business needs of both marketing and sales

- Responsible for routine management, market research budget per project
-
- Responsible for managing insights tracking programs
-
- Leverage & manage supplier relationships to maximize quality and value (on a project by project basis)

- Mine existing data sources to identify relevant insights
-
- Adhere to and lead Insights component of local, zone, and global process requirements
-
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to apply insights into planning

- Mine, and deliver insights from sales and digital data sets in support of Insights team projects
Job Qualifications And Competencies

- A University Degree in Business or related field
-
- Minimum 3 years of experience in market research
-
- Extensive knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies/techniques
-
- Understanding of consumer-packaged goods market research methodologies, suppliers, best practices
-
- Understanding of marketing processes: business planning, marketing strategy, advertising development, media and promotions
-
- Competency in managing complex/strategic research projects
-
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret results
-
- Ability to effectively present to senior & diverse audience
-
- Strong leadership & negotiation skills to deal effectively with senior managers and a wide variety of external stakeholders with differing agendas

- Experience in working with Sales/Product Consumption data and social data sets

- Ability to learn quickly and deliver with speed and accuracy
