This is a machine operator position for full time operation of industrial saw machines. The operator will receive paper copies of orders and our material handler will supply the raw materials to the machine; the operator is responsible for cutting the required orders at an efficient pace while maintaining quality and correct order measurements. Once the order is completed, the operator will finalize the paperwork and call the material handler to remove the finished goods. The regular shift for this position is Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 7am to 7pm. This is 36 hours per weekend with a 4 hour weekend premium paid if no work hours are missed. The successful candidate must be available for training full time on the Afternoon Shift, Monday to Thursday, 3:10pm to 1:10am for minimum of 4 weeks.

The successful candidate must:

• be able to properly use and read a metric tape

• consistently lift 50lbs daily

• exhibit basic math skills

• have basic computer knowledge

• be able to interpret drawings

• work both as a team and individually
