Herongate Animal Hospital

We are 1 DVM small animal (cat & dog) growing practice that is looking to add another Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist to our team. If you are looking for a place that treats you like family, is fun to come to work everyday and who cares about their clients and patients, we are here!!

This is a part time position may end up full time , Monday to Friday 3 pm to 6 pm. Saturday 9am to 2 pm The Saturday's will be One or two a month .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Tasks outlined for a receptionist and ACA .

-Competent and efficient with Avimark computer software IS MUST

• Candidate should be very personable, should have efficient skills in handling of pets
  and very good receptionist skills

-Client communication including phone calls, emails, follow ups, billing, appointment booking

-General cleanliness of clinic and workstation

Salary based on experience.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
