About the role
Bready Cafe and Cafe Landwer are two vibrant hospitality brands serving up great food and memorable guest experiences across the GTA. We’re growing our marketing team and are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Managerto help us tell our story, engage our communities, and grow our online presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies for both brands across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
- Create high-quality photo and video content onsite (short-form video/Reels/TikToks)
- Manage content calendars and schedule posts
- Respond to customer messages, comments, and reviews in a timely, professional tone
- Track analytics and provide monthly reports with insights and suggestions
- Build and manage relationships with local influencers and content creators
- Attend weekly marketing meetings to review goals, performance, and upcoming campaigns
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital content creation
- Strong skills in photography, video creation, and editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
- Excellent writing, communication, and time management skills
- Experience working with multiple brands or accounts at once
- Interest in food, hospitality, and creating authentic, engaging content
- Available to visit locations regularly for content capture (Toronto & GTA)
