About the role

Is This Role Right for You? In this role, you will:

• Lead independent oversight and effective challenge of Corporate Functions’ compliance with the Compliance Management Framework (CMF)

• Provide strategic advice and guidance to business units on regulatory compliance matters

• Monitor and respond to regulatory developments and industry trends globally

• Support internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, and issue remediation

• Maintain and enhance compliance documentation, policies, and procedures

• Prepare and coordinate compliance reporting for executive committees

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Corporate Functions to identify and mitigate compliance risks

• Contribute to the development and execution of the Corporate Functions Compliance Program

Do You Have the Skills?

• Minimum 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, audit, or a related function within financial services

• Strong understanding of Corporate Functions and their interdependencies

• Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels and drive strategic outcomes

• Proficiency in tools such as OpenPages, Power BI, GIMS, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills

• Familiarity with global regulatory trends and compliance frameworks
