Hiring: 2 DID Coordinator Positions (6-Month & 12-Month Contracts)
We are currently looking to fill two openings for a DID Coordinator—one on a 6-month contract and the other on a 12-month contract.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking detail-oriented professionals who can take ownership of preparing and proposing deliverable documents and data items. The ideal candidates will be able to assess project or contract requirements and determine the appropriate data deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze project or contractual requirements to identify necessary data deliverables
- Prepare and propose DID ( Data Item Description ) documents in accordance with applicable standards
- Collaborate closely with engineering, quality assurance, and program management teams to gather input
- Ensure all proposed DIDs comply with relevant regulatory and contractual requirements
- Address feedback and revise documentation to support final approval
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the Canadian government DID process
- Technical background (engineering or related field)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Compensation:
Hourly rate: $40–$50, based on experience and qualifications.
Additional notes:
- Preference is 5+ years of work experience
- DID = Data Item Description.
A DID is a document that describes what is required of a vendor to submit a specific document deliverable. Examples of DID deliverables are installation instructions and certificates, technical manuals, summaries of technical submissions e.g. weight data, test procedures and results, and quality assurance data.
- Technical background preference is data analyst or a Engineering background
