You Have

  • Conducted business process analysis and modeled current and future state workflows
  • Defined business cases and linked outcomes to strategic KPIs
  • Documented functional specifications through interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis
  • Managed cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
  • Provided strategic advice to stakeholders and proposed innovative solutions
  • Managed multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines and high visibility
  • Led the integration and delivery of SaaS applications to support business operations
