- Conducted business process analysis and modeled current and future state workflows
- Defined business cases and linked outcomes to strategic KPIs
- Documented functional specifications through interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis
- Managed cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment
- Provided strategic advice to stakeholders and proposed innovative solutions
- Managed multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines and high visibility
- Led the integration and delivery of SaaS applications to support business operations
