About the role
Unisync is a leading provider of award winning North American Corporate Apparel, and Public Safety, Law Enforcement Uniform, Equipment supplies and protective garments across Canada and the United States. Our customer base includes Air Canada, WestJet, Canadian Coast Guard, Purolator, Petro Canada, Home Hardware, Alaska Airlines and a broad base of government entities such as the Federal Government of Canada.
Job Summary: The Account Executive is responsible for generating new business that meets the criteria set out by the Unisync Executive Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and qualifying viable opportunities from market research, that meet Unisync target customer profile criteria.
- Weekly phone block sessions to drive contact with prospective new business.
- Preparing and coordinating proposals that communicate Unisync’s experience, organizational products and services to prospective clients
- Manage all prospective customer submission requirements and deadlines in addition to written proposals, including but not limited to; product sample submissions and approved pricing submission components.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Unisync’s product and service offerings, including internal procurement and manufacturing processes
- Develop an understanding of Unisync competition to strategically leverage Unisync strengths against competitor weaknesses
- Communicate effectively with all relevant internal department leads and SME’s throughout the proposal development process
- Track anticipated upcoming RFP release dates for key target clients that have been contacted vis-à-vis phone block sessions
- Manage debriefs for any unsuccessful sales proposals with Executive Team, recording all critical feedback on Unisync price and service competitiveness scores
