Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Implementation Consultant to lead the successful deployment of our software solutions for new and existing clients. In this role, you’ll guide customers through onboarding, configuration, training, and go-live support, ensuring a smooth transition and long-term success with our platform.

Lead and manage the implementation of software solutions tailored to Parks and Recreation customers.

Develop and execute comprehensive software implementation plans.

Consult with customers to identify inefficient processes and recommend effective alternative solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.

Create and maintain documentation, including training materials and implementation plans.
-
Manage application delivery, including presentations and demonstrations throughout the implementation process.

Conduct discovery meetings and perform gap analyses on existing systems to identify needs and opportunities.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
-
Configure software applications to align with customer business processes identified during discovery.
-
Monitor project milestones, address roadblocks, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
-
Facilitate weekly meetings and provide regular, clear project updates to stakeholders.
-
Work closely with project management and implementation teams to ensure configurations meet requirements.

Track and report all issues, errors, and enhancement requests during implementation to product development and management teams.

Deliver training sessions to users and administrators, both remotely and in-person as needed.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience in the Local Public Sector, specifically, Parks and Recreation.

Understanding and experience with Parks and Recreation Software applications is an asset.

Experience in SaaS software implementation is an asset.

Experience with Salesforce is an asset.

Advanced communication (oral and written) skills.
-
Ability to collaborate as a productive and active team member.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.

Proven ability to manage in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
-
Prior experience with Xplor Recreation software is preferred but not required.
-
Willingness to travel within the US and Canada up to 30% of the time

Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
