Our client, a well-established, industry-leading B2B company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to oversee a strong sales team and the Western Territory. Responsibilities
- Lead and support a regional team to drive strong performance, alignment, and results.
- Focus on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high standards across the region.
- Monitor performance trends and implement initiatives to improve outcomes and meet targets.
Qualifications
- Extensive Sales & BD Experience with a bachelor’s degree and/or 10+ years of business development experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing large clients in the storage solutions industry.
- Strategic Leadership experience with proven ability to lead change, identifies challenges proactively, and implements effective strategies in a dynamic business environment.
- Proven success in developing and maintaining customer relationships, including experience with proposals, contracts, and complex negotiations.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
