We are seeking a data-driven and brand-savvy Growth and Brand Marketing Manager to lead the strategic development, execution, and optimization of our online marketing programs. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, brand visibility, and conversion performance across digital DTC channels including e-commerce, Wine clubs and marketplace partners such as Uber, DoorDash etc. The ideal candidate blends analytical rigor with creative vision to accelerate brand growth in a competitive digital landscape. This will be a 12-month contract. The Role Digital Strategy & Product Management

  • Own and evolve the digital marketing calendar for Wine Rack and Great Estates websites and eCommerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to optimize UX, SEO, and conversion rates.

Performance & Growth Marketing

  • Lead omni-channel digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Set and monitor KPIs for digital performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize media budgets to maximize ROI across campaigns and channels.

Brand & Content Strategy

  • Partner with the Marketing Communications team to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Develop content strategies that support storytelling, product discovery, and community engagement.
  • Oversee seasonal campaign launches and key promotional initiatives, ensuring they align with brand positioning and customer insights.

CRM, Loyalty & Customer Experience

  • Manage email marketing calendars and programs for both brands.
  • Drive loyalty program engagement and personalization strategies to enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Champion the voice of the customer through data-driven insights and continuous feedback loops.

Marketplace Partnerships (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart, SkipTheDishes)

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies & campaigns tailored to third-party marketplace platforms to drive sales, visibility, and customer engagement for Wine Rack products.
  • Manage relationships with key marketplace partners, serving as the primary point of contact for promotional planning, campaign execution, and performance reviews.
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify insights and opportunities for growth

Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign and promotional performance across channels using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies to improve user experience, conversion rates, and customer engagement.

COMPENSATION: Budgeted Range – ($89,028.00 - $115,213.00)

The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
