About the role
Vretta is looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the key liaison between our clients and the Quality Assurance (QA) team, ensuring a crystal-clear understanding of project requirements and an unwavering focus on product quality. You will play an essential role in shaping educational products that not only meet but exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between clients and the QA team, ensuring that all requirements are clearly understood, documented, and translated into testable criteria.
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients' operational and strategic goals, enabling you to anticipate needs and guide QA processes with those goals in mind.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Instructional Designers, Data Engineers, Developers, and QA Analysts to validate requirements and establish effective implementation and testing strategies.
- Own the quality assurance process across the e-assessment lifecycle by verifying that the delivered product matches specifications and user expectations.
- Evaluate and enhance business processes related to quality control and requirement management.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and QA review sessions to ensure quality is prioritized at every stage.
- Collect and synthesize feedback, issues, and enhancement requests from clients; convert this into actionable items for QA and development teams.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track project progress and provide regular, data-driven updates and quality reports to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Foster long-term, meaningful relationships with clients by addressing inquiries, concerns, and suggestions with thoughtful, quality-focused recommendations.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree or higher in Education, Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in a Product Analyst, QA Analyst, or Client-Facing Technical role.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and product quality.
- Experience in quality assurance or working closely with QA teams to define and review test cases, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Proficiency in documentation and experience with tools such as GitLab, Notion.io, Trello, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong ability to translate complex client needs into clear, testable, and actionable requirements.
- Confident communicator with a relationship-focused mindset, capable of building trust and collaboration across teams and with clients.
- Highly motivated, personable, and adaptable to a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- A genuine passion for education and improving learner experiences through high-quality products.

- Proficiency in French to support bilingual projects and client interactions.
