We're hiring a Business Systems Strategist to lead client discovery, map out complex workflows, and design scalable systems that drive real results. You’ll collaborate with our Automation Developers and Project Managers, owning the architecture and strategy without getting lost in the weeds of implementation.

What you’ll do:

• Lead discovery sessions with clients to uncover process inefficiencies
• Model current-state and future-state workflows and data flows
• Design scalable systems using modern SaaS, AI, and automation tools
• Draft phased roadmaps to guide delivery and keep execs aligned
• Communicate technical trade-offs clearly to both CFOs and developers
• Coach client stakeholders through change and rollout
• Partner with devs to validate designs and ensure quality delivery

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 5+ years in consulting, process design, or internal transformation
• Strong skills in systems thinking, data architecture, and API logic
• Experience across CRMs, ERPs, and workflow tools
• Ability to lead conversations with both execs and technical teams
• AI & automation fluency, with use cases or demos under your belt
• Excellent communication and documentation instincts

Bonus points if you’re hands-on with tools like Zapier, Airtable, Make, or have light SQL/Python for prototyping.
