Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with foundational knowledge of investment banking and a strong background in data-related projects. This role requires hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Snowflake, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and SQL, and the ability to document requirements clearly and manage data migration and ETL processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support data migration and ETL efforts, ensuring data integrity and quality throughout the process.
- Work closely with data engineers, developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for backlog management, sprint planning, and documentation.
- Support integration and workflow efforts involving Snowflake, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
- Analyze and write SQL queries to support data validation, reporting, and analysis tasks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices and project delivery.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-intensive environments.
