Job Description
We are looking for a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to help maintain our shop and inventory. Among other things, your responsibilities will be to:
Coordinate material deliveries from suppliers and ensure efficient delivery to multiple different sites;
Manage all paperwork required for purchases/receptions.
Pull material from stock with accuracy and efficiency;
Maintain warehouse stock based on data from previous months;
Assist in establishing processes to improve order accuracy and delivery times to job sites.
Keep warehouse clean, organized and compliant with all internal and external safety standards;
Manage a small team of employees depending on volume of work;

1-3 years’ warehouse or shipping/receiving experience;
Forklift experience and operator certification;
Ability to rapidly understand company needs;
Strong communication skills;
Team oriented;
Past field experience is an asset;
Valid driver’s license;
Basic to advanced computer skills
