Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) . This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing effective IAM solutions, and supporting the implementation of PING -based authentication and authorization systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, document, and validate business requirements related to identity and access management.
- Design and implement CIAM solutions to improve customer identity experiences.
- Integrate and manage authentication and authorization systems using PING .
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
- Ensure seamless integration of CIAM systems with existing applications and platforms.
- Perform end-to-end testing and validation of CIAM implementations.
- Stay informed of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the IAM/CIAM space.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Security, Engineering, Business) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications / Good to Have
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in the IAM/CIAM domain.
- Hands-on experience with PING Identity solutions or equivalent IAM tools.
- Strong understanding of CIAM principles, authentication, and authorization flows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
