-
Coordinate the department’s various Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), ensuring the control library is accurate, up-to-date, and supported by clear documentation and effective follow-through on identified actions.
-
Oversee audit response efforts by coordinating with Audit & Assurance, tracking management actions, and ensuring timely, organized delivery of required documentation.

-
Serve as the Operational Risk Incident Coordinator, ensuring timely and accurate incident reporting, challenging root cause analysis, and driving follow-through on remediation plans.
-
Manage the department’s incident management response processes—maintaining fit-for-purpose templates, communication timelines, and escalation protocols while overseeing resolution activities.
-
Conduct targeted analysis of operational processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for simplification, efficiency, and scalable improvement.
-
Oversee the version control and review cadence of departmental policies and standards to ensure documentation remains current, actionable, and aligned with governance expectations.

-
Professional certifications or coursework in business intelligence, data analytics, risk management (e.g., CRMA, CISA), or project management (e.g., PMP) are considered strong assets.
-
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in operations, risk, or project management within a complex or financial services environment.
-
Knowledge of investment operations or asset management environments is an asset.
-
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with experience in dashboard development using tools like Power BI, QuickSight, or Tableau. Familiarity with SQL, Python, DAX, or VBA is considered an asset.
-

-
Experience in operational risk management, including RCSA coordination, control library documentation, audit tracking, and incident management.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights. Experience with data storytelling is a plus.
-
