We’re on the lookout for a Service Video Advisor/ Internal Service Advisor who’s part concierge, part traffic controller, part customer service rockstar! If you're friendly, focused, and love the sound of a smooth-running engine (and the satisfaction of a job well done), you might be exactly who we're looking for.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Precise video documentation of repairs on client vehicles
- Proper explanation of the technicians’ vehicle prognosis on video
- Efficient and prompt upload of video to the client
- Cleanliness of service department
- Service department support when and where required
- Organization of internal estimates of pre-owned vehicles
- Organization of new and used vehicle deliveries
- Creation of internal work orders for new vehicle stock
- Collaboration with customer facing service advisors
Requirements:
- Be comfortable explaining service processes on camera (voice only)
- Be prompt, punctual and detailed orientated
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
Wage Range: $16.40 - $18.50 / Hour
