To meet the growing demand for our product we’re currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Sales Support team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless product delivery through the efficient, accurate, and compliant movement of outbound and overseas freight.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Outbound Freight Coordination
- Submit RFQs, evaluate responses and award loads
- Maintain strong communication with carriers to keep them updated and confirm schedules
- Update internal teams and tools of schedules and shipping dates
- Complete bills of lading and customs paperwork
- Schedule and book container appointments
- Ensure container documentation is complete and accurate
Demo and Fleet Coordination
- Order, schedule and coordinate demo assets to be built and delivered when needed
- Coordinate asset movement and ensure timely and accurate compliance documentation
- Ensure fleet is maintained and compliant
Wholegood Inventory
- Conduct periodic audits to reconcile and update inventory records
- Track assets for efficiency and security
We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or wholegoods inventory coordination
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP)
- Knowledge of cross-border customs and freight logistics
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a team-oriented environment
- Post-secondary education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration would be considered an asset
