The Seasonal Behaviour Therapy Assistant works to enrich the quality of life for people who use our services. They work alongside the Central District Behaviour Therapist (BT) and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support people who use our services by providing consultation, assisting with the development and implementation of behavioural programming, providing staff trainings, monitoring and revising behaviour programs, documenting and collecting data collection.
