About the role
JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Production Coordinator to join our growing team.
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the plant, helping the production team understand and adapt to the changing environment of the facility. The Production Admin will be responsible for ensuring that the production boards (SQDCIP boards) are maintained and updated daily to help track the Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and People for each department, as well as general duties, such as paperwork, to help the production team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Complying with JELD-WEN EH&S requirements, legal requirements including policies, standards, rules, and programs

Assist production team with paperwork
-
Manage and update Production Boards
-
Assist on floor and office to ensure all up to date information is presented to manager
-
Suggest ideas to improve in areas
-
Complete documentation for incidents and injuries being reported to reflect SQDCIP board
-
SQDCIP Boards to be updated and managed
-
Operate MS-Office
-
Familiar with Excel on updating documents and numbers
-
Perform other duties as assigned by production team

Other duties and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work under tight deadlines, while multi-tasking
-
Ability to use initiative and work with the minimum of supervision, maintaining clear focus, delivering on agreed deadlines and hold sensitive information in the strictest of confidence
