Financial Services Manager | full-time permanent, onsite at Stoney Trail Mazda
The Financial Services Manager at Stoney Trail Mazda plays a key role in the success of the dealership by securing consumer financing and increasing dealership revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Financing: Assist customers in securing financing for vehicle purchases, including loans, leases, and extended warranties.
- Product Sales: Offer and sell additional products and services to enhance the ownership experience.
- Customer Experience: Provide consistent, excellent service to each customer ensuring they are educated about all aspects of their transaction.
- Sales Team Support: Collaborate with the sales team to structure deals that meet customers' needs and satisfy lending institutions.
- Documentation: Manage all documentation, ensuring accuracy regarding financing, contracts, loan agreements etc.
Skills, Abilities, and Education Required:
- Proven experience as an automotive Financial Services Manager.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and lending practices.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A results-driven mindset and a commitment to achieving sales targets.

Schedule and Location: This full-time permanent role works in-office at Stoney Trail Mazda with a variety of day/evening and weekend shifts.
