The Analytics Product Delivery Manager will lead the design and delivery of automated, predictive, and innovative solutions to address key challenges in market structure and member services within the Canadian capital markets. Collaborating with a skilled team of software developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, the Manager will translate analytical insights into impactful, technology-driven products.

This role serves as a critical bridge between business and technical teams, guiding the end-to-end delivery of solutions that align with regulatory requirements, operational objectives, and user experience standards. Responsibilities include managing intake, requirements gathering, agile execution, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and change management — all grounded in a strong understanding of the Canadian capital markets.

Reporting to the Vice President of Analytics, the Manager will oversee project and product management across all active Analytics initiatives, provide strategic direction, and cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to shape team priorities, drive innovation, and promote data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Provide project and product leadership on key analytical projects
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories
  • Proactively identify automation and innovation opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
  • Own end-to-end project delivery using agile and hybrid methodologies
  • Own product lifecycle from ideation through development and implementation
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility
  • Create and maintain clear documentation: requirements, process flows, wireframes, roadmaps, test cases, and training materials
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos to stakeholders, leadership, and end users
  • Ensure all teams are aligned through clear, continuous communication
  • Make recommendations regarding training, staff performance, and workloads to ensure team targets are met

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in a hybrid role involving product management, project/program management, and business analysis
  • Proven success managing cross-functional technology projects
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and related tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with automation platforms, APIs, ETL, ML/Predictive Modelling, and programming languages is a plus
  • Experience/knowledge in the Canadian capital market
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive value
