Location: Hamilton Employment Status: Hourly Full-Time Function: Manufacturing Job Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Production Manager regarding all electrical/mechanical assembly
- Assemble and wire small to large electrical panels
- Route wiring harnesses through structures and sub-assemblies
- Electrically wire transfer and conveyor systems
- Mechanically assemble large assemblies and conveyor systems
- Mechanical assembly of smaller sub-components.
- Ensure that all assemblies of systems meet customer requirements and system specifications
- Work independently and in team environments in achieving tasks
- Adhere to and follow all safely regulations, policies and codes, with or without direct supervision
- Additional tasks as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must be able to lift on a regular basis up to 40lbs
- Possess problem solving skills, communication skills
- Ability to use power hand tools for aid in assembly
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Able to understand and interpret the specifications and procedures related to this job
- Welding experience is a key asset
- Forklift and crane experience an asset
