Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our service and pump sales—especially in the municipal and general industrial sectors. You’ll build strong client relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and drive new business across Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with new and existing clients
- Drive business development in the municipal and general industrial markets
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal teams to align with our 2030+ strategy
- Lead negotiations and close deals with confidence
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve your skills
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development
- Engineering degree or technical diploma (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of pumps and industrial applications
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Performance Goals
- Annual Order Intake: > CAD 1.5 million

Pay: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
