Monday through Friday full time shifts
Open minded to learn new skills, must be computer literate.
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing automotive vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, and engine diagnostics
- Inspect vehicles to determine the source of problems and accurately document all findings
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain vehicle issues and proposed solutions
- Utilize schematics and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Assemble, maintain, and repair various vehicle components
- Use hand tools and equipment efficiently to complete tasks
- Lift heavy parts or equipment when necessary
Skills
- Proficiency in automotive repair techniques and procedures
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work on various vehicle makes and models
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive repair shop is a plus
- Capability to handle heavy lifting and physical demands of the job
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: $39.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
