Position Title: IAM Full Stack Engineer
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: October 31, 2025
Schedule: Monday to Friday, core business hours
Work Location: (minimum 2 days per week in office, subject to change)
Travel Required: No
Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced IAM Full Stack Engineers to join a growing Cyber Engineering team, focused on SailPoint identity management solutions. The successful candidates will contribute to the design, implementation, support, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise-grade identity management platforms.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint (implementation, configuration, administration, and support)
- 10+ years of technical experience with third-party IAM solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment
- Stakeholder Interaction: Approximately 20–30%
- Team Size: 23
- Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in Canada
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, engineer, deploy, and support the SailPoint platform
- Integrate business applications and systems with SailPoint
- Collaborate with Risk, HR, and Technology partners to shape strategy and roadmaps
- Translate business and security requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Act as SME for SailPoint and advise internal stakeholders on best practices
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution for complex IAM issues
- Document system architecture, configurations, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge artifacts
- Mentor and oversee work of external consultants
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of IAM processes
Required Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Integration with systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Active Directory, LDAP, ACF2, and databases
- Strong understanding of:
- RBAC, user lifecycle, enterprise roles, provisioning workflows
- IAM standards: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Kerberos
- Programming and scripting: Java, BeanShell, Python, PowerShell, Unix Shell, SQL/PLSQL
- DevOps and infrastructure experience across UNIX, Linux, Windows
- Web technologies: REST APIs, Tomcat, JSON
- Federation, MFA, SCIM, Single Sign-On
- Virtualization and network technologies (VMware, firewalls, VPN, LAN/WAN)
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance implications of identity systems
Key Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to explain technical details in business terms
- Collaborative, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment
