Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Vieira & Associates Insurance Brokers Ltd. The CSR will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. The representative will also resolve customer complaints, process orders, and provide information about the company's offerings. Additionally, the CSR will ensure customer satisfaction and maintain an exceptional customer experience.

**Qualifications

***Familiarity with Applied system and Epic is mandatory

***Familiarity with insurance companies portal is mandatory**

• Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills
• Customer Support skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and resolve customer issues effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus
