Lead Data-Driven Marketing Innovation to
Power Enrollment and Organizational Growth
The Marketing Insights and Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in optimizing marketing performance, driving student lead generation, increasing education enrollments, and enhancing member engagement. By developing robust performance metrics, automated dashboards, and actionable insights, this role empowers smarter, data-driven decision-making across the organization. Collaborating closely with recruitment, education, and professional development teams, the manager transforms complex data into clear strategic direction—shaping impactful marketing campaigns and advancing CPA Ontario’s growth objectives.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Delivering strategic insights by transforming complex data from multiple sources into actionable marketing recommendations that optimize strategies and programs.
Democratizing data through the evolution of key performance indicators, automated reporting, and dynamic dashboards, enabling timely and informed decision-making at all levels.
Influencing stakeholders by tailoring insights to diverse audiences, using compelling data storytelling to guide strategic marketing decisions and operational improvements.
Implementing best practices in direct marketing and campaign execution to drive quality, efficiency, and governance across the organization.
Leading projects to streamline marketing and lead generation processes, maximizing business value through effective change management and stakeholder engagement.
Who You Are:
A post-secondary graduate with a strong academic background and over 5 years of experience in marketing insights, business intelligence, and customer analytics across both product and service-based industries.
Data-driven problem solver, proficient in SQL and experienced in using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and MicroStrategy to create dashboards that uncover actionable customer and marketing insights.
An analytical thinker who thrives on working with large, complex datasets to identify key performance indicators and uncover the root causes behind customer behaviors and marketing outcomes.
Technically adept, with hands-on experience in Python, PySpark, or similar languages to build scalable analytics solutions that support automation, reporting, and performance tracking.
Strategic collaborator who has successfully led cross-functional projects, working across business and technical teams to streamline processes, implement marketing solutions, and drive campaign effectiveness.
Adaptable and resilient in ambiguous environments, with a reputation for building strong relationships, communicating insights clearly, and influencing decision-making through compelling data storytelling.
