Responsibilities will include:

Able to read CAD drawings
-
Continually seek opportunities to improve services and reduce costs including freight
-
Follow-ups with suppliers for order confirmation and delivery
-
Research/Sourcing products
-
Issuing Purchase orders and quotes
-
Reviewing and Understanding engineering drawings of various products
-
Liaise with various departments
-
Preparing and executing RFQs/RFPs
-
Sourcing vendors, negotiating and finalizing agreements
-
Liaise with cross functional teams such as suppliers, production and customer service to ensure goods are available to meet production requirements on time
-
Negotiating terms and delivery for lowest total cost
Qualifications:
-
Exceptional English communication and written skills
-
Math skills
-
SAP is an Asset
-
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-
Strong Computer Skills
-
Able to multitask
-
Organized
-
Min 1yrs experience
