Tasks:

  • Undertake bibliographical research;

  • Take part in the analysis of French and English-language primary and secondary sources;

  • Depending on need, transcribe handwritten documents and/or translate excerpts from archival documents from French to English;

  • Please note that this project deals with emotionally difficult subjects, and requires great discretion.

Position Requirements

The research assistant will:

  • Be a student at the University of Regina;

  • Have strong reading skills and high writing competency in French and English.

  • Having training in philosophy, political science, sociology, history, or a related discipline is an asset.
