Who We’re Looking For

You are a caregiver who takes pride in your work, communicates clearly, and has a warm and positive presence. You’re dependable, empathetic, and dedicated to supporting others with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• PSW certification or equivalent
• Current Standard First Aid & CPR certificate
• Valid Police Criminal Reference Check
• Up-to-date immunizations
• Ability to travel to client homes
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Physically and mentally able to meet the demands of caregiving
• Experience in specialized care (e.g., Alzheimer’s, Dementia, Chronic Conditions) is an asset

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing
• Support with mobilization and transfers
• Provide toileting and meal preparation assistance
• Offer companionship and engage in outings
• Follow care plans and report changes to the team
• Work independently while staying connected to your support network

Work Locations

• Client homes
• Occasional support in community or other sites as required

• Weekends as needed
