Alpha Integration and Sustainment Specialist
About the role
Company: Precision Drilling Location: Houston, Texas Summary This role involves working alongside the Senior Alpha Integration and Sustainment Specialist, supporting deployment plans, tracking the progress of technology implementations, and ensuring these technologies' successful integration and ongoing sustainment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in technology deployment, project management, and system sustainment and the ability to drive technological advancements across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations, introductions, and initial deployments of new Alpha Technologies
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand and align new technology capabilities with organizational needs
- Monitor deployment progress, address challenges, and make adjustments to ensure successful and timely technology rollouts
- Establish and maintain metrics and reporting systems to track the performance and impact of new technologies post-deployment
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on deployment status, performance outcomes, and areas for improvement
- Analyze deployment data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with IT and operational teams to ensure systems remain effective, reliable, and aligned with evolving business needs
- Define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
- Act as the primary point of contact for all technology introduction and deployment activities
- Engage with end-users and stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure the technology meets their needs
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure effective use and adoption of new technologies
