Hi there! We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join Dreamwell AI, an influencer marketing company focused on performance and revenue for some of the world’s largest brands. We’re an investor-backed startup, having recently raised a round from top VCs and angel investors.
As an Influencer Marketing Manager at Dreamwell, you will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing influencer marketing campaigns during a pivotal time as we scale to support more customers. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of exciting influencer campaigns, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with influencers, and supporting the strategic goals of our marketing team. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our clients' campaigns by helping to identify the most effective influencers and ensuring their content drives measurable results—leveraging our powerful software to do so.
At Dreamwell, we believe that influencer marketing should have the sophistication of top paid performance marketing channels like Facebook and Google ads. We’re building that vision, while also creating products to enable creators to earn top dollar for their content.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of influencer campaigns, from outreach to contracting, ensuring clear communication and timely execution.
- Lead strategy across multiple influencer campaigns, from one-off executions to long-term, relationship-based programs.
- Work closely with our team to identify and recruit influencers who align with our clients’ brand goals and objectives using the Dreamwell software.
- Create engaging, authentic content with influencers on behalf of brands, ensuring brand guidelines and influencer creativity align.
- Analyze influencer performance metrics, helping to refine strategies and optimize campaign outcomes.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring all activities stay within the account budget parameters.
- Collaborate with product and analytics teams to track campaign performance and deliver insightful reports to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with brand clients across various verticals, offering a high level of client support.
- Help develop and present client presentations, demonstrating campaign outcomes and strategy improvements.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Experience with influencer engagement across different tiers and segments, particularly in paid and earned collaborations.
- Strong understanding of the influencer and social media landscape, including emerging platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
- Direct experience working with influencers, influencer managers, talent agencies, and brands.
- Experience in social media content creation and understanding of key performance metrics like CPA, CPM, and engagement rates.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while delivering results for clients.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools.
- Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership, able to drive campaigns from inception to completion.
