Job Summary:
We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. You'll guide customers through their flooring projects, drive sales, and build lasting client relationships both in-store and through outside sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their flooring needs, and provide expert recommendations
- Conduct Cold Calls and following up with customers/clients.
- Conduct outside sales visits to contractors, designers, builders, etc. to develop business relationships
- Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, close deals, and follow up with clients throughout the sales process
- Conduct technical sales presentations to demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with new arrivals and promotions
- Keep the showroom presentable
- Meet monthly sales targets and support promotions
- Engage with customers via social media to generate leads
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care
- Assist with showroom maintenance, displays, and merchandising
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of sales experience (flooring/home improvement preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Goal-driven, organized, and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for outside sales
- Knowledge of flooring products (ceramic, vinyl, engineered) is a strong asset
Compensation:
Base salary + performance-based commission
