What the day will look like
As Regional Director, Facilities Management, you will serve as the operational backbone for all Canadian offices, ensuring safety, functionality, and a positive workplace experience. You’ll lead a team focused on, daily operations, compliance, and service excellence. Your day will include:
- Acting as the key liaison between business units, service providers, landlords, and corporate functions
- Overseeing day-to-day facility operations, resolving building issues, and managing office moves or closures
- Supervising staff and managing shared amenities programs to enhance the employee experience
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety protocols, emergency plans, and security access requirements
- Managing the workplace services budget, vendor relationships, and service quality across all locations

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- 7-10 years of proven leadership in facilities or workplace operations, ideally in a multi-site, corporate environment
- Strong experience in vendor management, budgeting, and compliance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization
- Expertise in emergency planning, safety protocols, and project management
- Ability to travel within Canada as needed
