Job requirements
- Relevant technical or college diploma (maintenance, mechanics, electromechanics, etc.).
- At least 5 years of experience in team supervision within a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
- Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Bilingualism: Intermediate level in French and English (spoken and written), required for approximately 50% of internal communications.
