Job Summary
Canvas Cove Bistro located on Iceberg Quest premises is seeking a passionate, knowledgeable and energetic member to join our Twillingate team. You will be responsible for serving guests in an energetic and enthusiastic way, promoting Canvas Cove Bistro food and beverages as well as the various tours that Iceberg Quest has to offer!

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing duties.
• Greet guests upon arrival.
• Take customers orders.
• Process cash transactions.
• Manage guest inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety protocols.
• Assist with stocking and cleaning the bistro.
• Work collaboratively and positively with the crew to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote the Iceberg Quest brand across each of its properties.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in tourism or customer service is preferred.
• Food Handler Certification preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
