ROLE MISSION
Own the entire client lifecycle experience post-sale — from onboarding to renewal — ensuring each client:
- Feels deeply seen, heard, and cared for
- Gets real results (with us as their guide)
- Renews, refers, and raves about CataLeads
You’re expected to drive the entire Client Success function forward — bringing strategy, initiative, and creative ideas to the table. You won’t just be executing SOPs — you’ll be building the future of how we serve our clients.
North Star KPI:
90%+ monthly client retention, with 20% of clients upsold into higher tiers.
OTE:
Base + Commission based on retention + upsells. $4K-7K+ Per Month OTE
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
1. Client Experience & Retention (Primary Focus)
- Onboard new ‘Agent Catalyst’ clients with warmth, clarity, and strong leadership
- Proactively nurture client relationships via check-ins, voice notes, calls, texts, Looms
- Remember key client pain points + milestones and follow up like a trusted advisor
- Prevent churn with early warning systems and direct, human touch
- Drive strategic retention campaigns to hit 90%+ renewal rates
- Serve as both the Experience Designer and Community Champion — cultivating emotional loyalty and helping foster connection between clients and our brand, our programs, and each other
2. Upsell, Referrals, & Advocacy
- Identify upsell & referral opportunities and close them with tact + confidence
- Strategically guide 20% of clients into next-level packages
- Secure testimonials, case studies, and community contributions
- Make our clients feel like part of something elite — because they are
3. Internal Liaison & Ops
- Be the bridge between Client Success and Fulfillment (daily communication)
- Flag at-risk clients, prioritize support, and ensure campaign timelines are honored
- Keep CRM (GoHighLevel) data accurate and current — stages, notes, tasks, tickets
- Complete asset reviews for client materials with speed and precision
4. Creative Leadership within Client Success
- This is not a checklist role. We want your initiatives and systems thinking within the Client Success realm
- You’re expected to lead conversations on how we improve retention, experience, advocacy, and LTV
- See a gap? Draft a plan, test it, bring data and recommendations to leadership
- Implement your own innovations: follow-up systems, client journey touch-points, community engagement methods, etc.
WHO YOU NEED TO BE
You’ve already...
- Managed 20–40+ clients simultaneously in a high-stakes client-facing environment
- Taken ownership of client success KPIs — and beat them
- Balanced empathy with edge — leading clients with care and clarity
- Thought like a builder, not an executor
MUST HAVE'S:
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Coaching
- Clear, charismatic communicator — written, verbal, and on Zoom
- Detail-obsessed (we don’t miss. ever.)
- Proven results in retention, renewals, or client transformation
- Ownership mentality — you never say “not my job”
BONUS SKILLS:
- Digital marketing knowledge: funnels, ads, CRMs
- Tech stack: GoHighLevel, Slack, Zoom, Stripe, PandaDoc, Zapier
- Experience in B2B, real estate, or coaching businesses
- Coaching or consulting experience (formal or informal)
