- Ensure all products meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in baking or a related field.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Culinary degree or certification in baking.
- Experience in a retail or food service environment.
Other Relevant Details
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
