Outside Sales Specialist - VFDs and Automation (Grande Prairie)
Status Regular, Full time
Location: Grande Prairie, Alberta
Job Description The Outside Sales Representative - VFDs and Automation (Grande Prairie) is responsible for the promotion and sale of Schneider Electric products, solutions & services.
- Expand the customer portfolio with EPCs, End-Users and OEMs;
- Develop new sales opportunities as well as service established accounts.
- Present winning value-propositions for Schneider Electric solutions.
- Develop accounts and market strategies to profitably grow the Automation business.
Main Responsibilities
- Independently find, chase and close leads;
- Understand and advocate for Schneider Electric offering related to Industrial marketplace;
- Understand relationships, pricing, products in the marketplace;
- Team with colleagues and vendors to execute effective projects for clients;
- Leverage existing customer relationships to identify good value-chain opportunities for the company;
- Build relationships in which you are viewed as a trusted specialist;
- Demonstrate technical background in multiple product lines;
Qualifications
- Motivated by sales commissions;
- Knowledge of VFDs and their applications;
- PLC and control applications experience is an asset;
- Strong technical presentation skills;
- Solid technical sales skills;
- Available to travel occasionally
