Colonial Honda is on the lookout for a Dispatch Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. If you’re currently in automotive service and looking for that next big move in your career, this is it!

In this critical role, the Dispatch Service Advisor will act as the central hub of our service department, ensuring a seamless flow of work between our service advisors and skilled technicians. You’ll coordinate job assignments based on technician availability and strengths, manage shop capacity, and keep a close eye on timelines to ensure every customer receives timely, high-quality service. You’ll also help assess vehicle concerns, prepare estimates, and provide support with warranty documentation. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills are key. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities will make a major impact every day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee and prioritize daily work orders to maximize shop efficiency and technician productivity
  • Communicate clearly with both service advisors and technicians to ensure expectations, timelines, and updates are aligned
  • Allocate jobs based on technician skills, workload, and availability
  • Assess vehicle concerns and assist with preparing time and cost estimates
  • Maintain accurate service records and support warranty documentation
  • Stay up to date with manufacturer service bulletins and process improvements

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an automotive setting

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to pivot quickly when priorities change

  • Clear and confident communicator with a team-first mindset

  • Comfortable navigating between technical service discussions and customer service interactions

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
