About Us:

SuoGoGo is an emerging cross-border logistics platform that empowers overseas Chinese users to compare and book international shipping services via our mobile app, website, and WeChat Mini Program. We are preparing to launch our MVP and are looking for passionate full-stack developers (with a focus on backend) to join our 1.0 development team.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain backend RESTful APIs using Node.js + Express
• Design and manage database operations using PostgreSQL + Prisma ORM
• Integrate third-party services such as payments, SMS, email, and WeChat Pay
• Work closely with frontend and product teams to implement full-stack features
• Participate in weekly standups and sprint planning (13-week project cycle)
• Support user authentication, data privacy compliance, and international data handling
• Use Postman to test APIs; Jest familiarity is a plus
• Help with debugging, deployment, and post-launch testing and optimizations

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, and Prisma ORM
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and backend security best practices
• Comfortable with Git workflows and debugging tools (e.g., Sentry)
• Able to test APIs using Postman; experience with Jest is a strong plus
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week for the duration of 13 weeks

Nice to Have:

• Experience with React.js or other frontend frameworks
• Familiarity with WeChat Mini Programs, Taro, or uni-app
• Prior startup or fast-paced team experience
