Salary: $130, 000 - $140,000 + Bonus
Our client , a growing financial services based organization are looking to hire a Senior Accounting Manager
Your New Role
The Senior Accounting Manager will be responsible for handling full financial close cycle, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in compliance with IFRS, while managing audits, banking, accounts payable, and internal controls. The Senior Accounting Manager oversees financial performance analysis, implements new policies and system improvements, and drives process automation. The Senior Accounting Manager also involves vendor management, spearheading key initiatives, and mentoring a high-performing accounting team to foster efficiency and growth.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to hold a CPA designation in addition to having at least 7 years of experience within the financial services industry. You will need strong technical accounting skills, particularly with IFRS and financial reporting, plus experience managing audits and corporate financial operations. Proven ability to lead teams, streamline processes, and drive system improvements is essential.
