In the walls of our restaurant, are talented, dedicated industry professionals, who are committed to their products, guests, and the experience they deliver. As a Line Cook, You Will
- Prepare food and menu items to the highest standard
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Ensure food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Clean kitchen and work area
- Follow all operations policies and procedures
- Work alongside the restaurant team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere
Who You Are
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Love for building strong relations with team members
- Flexibility - Our back-of-house staff will work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- A desire for personal and professional development
What You Bring
- Minimum 1+ years in upscale dining or 3+ years kitchen experience
- A culinary diploma or degree is considered an asset
- Ability to multitask and maintain high energy in a fast-paced environment
