About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full client service cycle including intake, assessment, placement, treatment, discharge and follow up.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of therapeutic, educational and case management approaches to ensure services are client-centered, effective and efficient.
- Ensure coordinated, integrated service delivery that meets client needs and upholds a high standard of care
- Maintain and strengthen the partnership with the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) to support collaborative service delivery.
- Provide the team with tools, resources, leadership and support, including recognizing achievements and addressing performance concerns.
- Communicate and implement Agency goals and strategic initiatives, aligning team efforts with organizational priorities.
- Participate as a member of the Agency’s management team to ensure the highest level of client service and continuity of service for clients.
- Ensure the operation of a safe, clean and well maintained workplace promoting excellent client service.
- Represent JF&CS in Agency-wide initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring:

Master’s degree in Social Work or equivalent graduate degree in a related field.

Minimum 5 years’ directly related experience in a managerial position

Registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).

Demonstrated expertise in assessing and treating adolescents with emotional, behavioural, social, and educational challenges, including strong clinical, diagnostic and day treatment experience

Knowledge of the TDSB-JF&CS Day treatment partnership and experience working with educational and community boards.

Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills

Additional Information:
Salary Range: $90,000-$105,000
