What You’ll Do
- Deliver fabulous haircuts, color, and styles with confidence
- Build lasting relationships and a loyal clientele
- Recommend professional products to enhance results
- Maintain a clean and welcoming salon environment
- Handle basic admin tasks and occasionally close up shop
You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- A valid journeyperson COA (or close too)
- A flexible schedule — evenings and weekends included
- Tech skills to navigate salon software (we’ll train you!)
- Great communication skills and team spirit
- A strong work ethic and a passion for customer service
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform salon services
- Comfortable with bending, reaching, and light lifting (10–25 lbs)
- OK with being around hair products, chemicals, and scents
