- We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to help arm our revenue teams with the tools, messaging, and insights they need to sell with confidence
- This role will be dedicated to building and maintaining a library of tools and materials that help us differentiate and win market share
- You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, customer success, and product, transforming features and strategy into resources that accelerate the buyer journey
- Support go-to-market efforts for product launches and updates—crafting talk tracks, value props
- Translate product features into clear, compelling messaging tailored for prospects and decision-makers in the boutique fitness space
- Build and maintain sales materials: battlecards, pitch decks, customer stories, competitor comparisons, and objection-handling guides
- Keep enablement content up to date and easy to find (e.g., via Guru or other systems)
- Be the glue that holds our training and enablement ecosystem together—collaborate with AEs, managers, and cross-functional partners to lead bimonthly training sessions
- Pull insights from Gong—competitive trends, objection themes, product feedback—and translate them into action
- Participate in new hire training for sales team–owning collateral, demo, and enablement onboarding and training
- Keep demo environments updated and optimized to ensure reps can deliver the most effective, efficient demos that showcase the product at its best
