About the role

Tasks

  • Support project coordination and assist the manager in overseeing the implementation of Vision (ERP) and Interal (CMMS).
  • Ensure timelines are met, monitor deliverables, and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
  • Map current and target business processes, gather business requirements, and support process optimization.
  • Analyze data flows between Vision, Interal, and other systems, ensuring consistency and identifying integration gaps.
  • Create test scenarios, perform functional and acceptance testing, and document results.
  • Identify automation opportunities and collaborate on their implementation.
  • Promote user adoption by communicating changes clearly and offering appropriate support.
  • Create user-friendly guides, procedures, and documentation for non-technical users.
  • Design and lead training sessions on system functionalities.
  • Configure systems based on defined needs and established processes.
  • Draft and maintain meeting minutes, action plans, progress reports, and other project documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between technical (IT) teams and business users to ensure solutions meet actual needs.
  • Perform any other related tasks in support of the project.

Job requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role (Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Project Assistant).
  • Fluency in French; basic English skills required for reading technical documentation.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced level), and tools like Smartsheet, Jira, and collaboration platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (an asset).

  • Strong skills in process analysis, modeling, and data integration, with a solid understanding of IT systems.
  • Excellent writing skills (specifications, guides, reports) and clear communication in French, both spoken and written.
  • Attention to detail, autonomy, and effective time management.
